At Salty Crew Europe, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if not, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original condition with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
